What data we process

To manage your booking we process: name, WhatsApp number, pickup accommodation when you purchase that product, travel route and date, and the payment data processed by our payment gateway (Guagualine does not store card numbers). To improve the service we log route searches on the site in aggregate form.

How we use it

Exclusively to operate your booking (confirmation, voucher, reminders and support), comply with legal obligations and improve route coverage. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the service: the transport operator receives your name, and the pickup driver receives name, accommodation and time, never your phone number.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data by messaging us on WhatsApp or through the site contact form. We keep booking data for as long as Dominican tax and invoicing obligations require.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no advertising cookies. We use our own anonymous telemetry (page views and searches) to decide which routes to open. If you access from the European Union, this minimal data is processed following GDPR principles.
